Windows 10: Windows looses focus

I have a issue when at random times, the active window looses focus, even happens in full screen games and whatnot

I remember there is a program that will list every program that has been launched or similar, but cant remember the name

Even better, does anyone have a better solution to fix this?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

how to replace the old memory card in Samsung Focus with a new one without loosing data and settings ?

The old card is a 2gb which I installed initially to check the Focus. Now I am planning to replace it with a 32gb card. The only thing I'm concerned is if I would loose all the games, settings, data and accounts set-up ..

Please provide or suggest a way using which I would not loose any of the above and replace the card ..
