Windows 10: Windows making me install Windows 11 23H2 even though I'm already running that version

The title basically says it all. I haven't used this laptop for a couple of months because I didn't really need to, but now that I started using it, it's having problems with updates.My laptop ASUS VivoBook 15 is telling me to update my computer to Windows 11 23H2 for feature updates, but my computer is already running it. I used the winver command to confirm that I was already running 23H2. I attached a screenshot to confirm. Everytime I restart my laptop to conplete the update, it always boots back up and tells me that something went wrong and that they couldn't install the update.I'm also

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
