Windows 10: Windows May 2120 Feature Updated stalled - help!

I used System Update to download and install the May 2120 Feature Update but the process didn't complete properly. There were no error messages and History showed no installation has taken place. However the Power button showed the options of Install and Restart. Tried this but still no completion. Did a System Restore which worked - but History now shows 21H1 is installled!!!. The option of downloading and installing 21H1 has reappeared, but if I try it fails. What to do? Try to use the Update Assistant? BTW my computer is nearly new and basic and this is the first glitch I've ha

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

If your upgrade to Windows 10 Is stuck at 99% then refer the link below suggested by

If you are referring to Windows updates then follow the steps and check.

Run the Update Troubleshooter on the computer.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Update. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Windows update.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Windows Update troubleshooter.
• Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
