Windows 10: windows may update and higher crashes my laptop all the time

ever scene the 2019 may update my pc lots at LEAST half of it's performance, then late 2019 December 25th i got my first blue screen of death , can't rember the error. on this hp pc, then 2020 January 17th i got a another BSOD, can't remember the error then the net day i got another BSOD 4 times in the same day with the error being unexpected store exception after ever half to 3 hours then the nex day i got a another 5 BSOD with no error this is what it said error code: is all it said then today 20th of jan i got 2 BSOD the 1st one i can't remember and the 2nd one being registry error i have reset my pc multiple time 9 times i will proibly need a new edtiion of windows if i can transfre me old on to a new one?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
