Windows 10: Windows Media Creation Tool black screen after installation

So it started on my laptop (Asus X505BP) being on 100% disc, then I tried checking for viruses but there's none. The next day I turned on my laptop then it did the automatic repair but it failed and it says that srt file thingy is missing then I used the Media Creation tool but the usb got corrupted so I have to repeat the whole process. After I tried the second time it successfully installed and it restarted but all I had is a black screen. I tried plugging in the USB again but Its just black screen. My BIOS can boot though. Can anybody help me?

As for the build and version of your Windows 10, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open up the run command prompt.
  
• Type winver into the run command text box and hit OK. You should now see a dialog screen revealing the OS build and registration information.

Installation media boots to command prompt

I've just booted from known working install media to see exactly what it does when booting. The sequence of events is...

1. Windows logo on a black screen
2. circling dots appear beneath the logo
3. light blue 'Please wait' screen with circling dots
4. a command prompt window (very briefly)
5. the initial Setup page appears

Do you see steps 1-3? If so, it appears you have stopped at step 4, suggesting that something on the disc cannot be read.

Does the disc boot properly in another machine? If so, try cleaning the laptop's drive lens then try booting from the disc again.

If not, make new install media with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, either as a bootable USB, on an ISO that you can burn to another disc. At Step 8 in Option One of this tutorial you can choose between making a USB or an ISO.
