Windows 10: Windows Media Creation Tool to black screen

Hi there,


I wanted to install windows 10 on a second PC and so I decided to download the Media Creation Tool to get a working installer on a USB stick. Problem is, whenever I double click on said tool the PC goes black screen and restarts by itself. I have only one account on the PC so I'm running as admin, also I tried to manually run the program as admin but it didn't work.

Any clue why the Media Cretion Tool is causing my pc to restart and how to solve this? Cause I'd love to buy that second Win 10 license but only if I can actually install it.
