Windows 10: Windows Media Player Problems

There was an Windows update done on my PC today. Sometime after it was completed, I went to play some music and discovered that my albums and playlists disappeared from Windows Media Player! I then ripped a CD and now the "find album information" add on musicmatch-ssl.x-box live.com won't work or even let me add the album manually.

Is there any way to restore the music that was on the Media Player and get the find album art add-on to work?

and from the last link is the same error where you can just disable it too =)

 

Faulty Windows Media Player

Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)

I suggest you to run both Windows Media Player Library and Settings troubleshooter and check.
