    I just renamed the disk, under disk properties, General tab, and it correctly identified mine as not an ssd.

  2. Just to say thank you. Initialized HP Laptop and reloaded Windows 10. Within 24 hours Drive F appeared. Would not allow me to optimize it. Ran "WinSat formal" and noticed Drive F was still appearing in Windows Explorer, but as soon as I rebooted, it was gone.
