    On my desktop pc i have a windows 10 with latest update 2004. a few days ago "from now" i had installed a software called microsoft visual studios 2019 with all its utilities and drivers, i launched it for my learning courses not satisfiyed with the version that i got which is visual studios enterprise , so i have decided to remove it from my pc ,not able to uninstall it cause it was out dated and i have to update it before i got a window avoid me to uninstall i forget all its things that it comes with and i removed it by deleting the destination folder from my pc, so after that, i got a big serious problem on my system for me i called it a glitch , a very high usage of processor by windows modules installer worker process that i can't stop from the task manager with all i did ,the solutions that i got by searching on diffrent social websites ,including videos from youtube...i need your help for sloving my problem please repond as fast as you can ​

    We recommend that you check the following first:
