Windows 10: Windows needs my password to system recovery or reset my computer but my account got hacked...

So a whileback my account i used on microsoft for everything was hacked changed to an alias i have zero idea what it is and the password as-well the thing is this morning i tried to input my pin but it said credentials couldn't be verified so i tried doing a system recovery needs a password which i dont have at all if i wanna reset the computer needs a password i dont have! if i wanna even open the command promo needs a password i just dont have please help this is very frustrating my pc is essentially a brick right now.

email account hacked. please help

I have a yahoo email account that seems to be hacked. Following are hacking activities I have noticed.

1) Spam emails being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.
2) Recent emails in inbox are missing
3) New emails in deleted mails folder

I have reset passwords for both my email account and recovery email account and also re-installed my mac but still spam emails are being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.

My mac was not even turned on when those emails were being sent. No one else knows my password. I do access mail from my iphone and ipad too.

Its my primary email account please help.

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
