Windows 10: Windows not booting after Internal Power Error

Hello. Yesterday i've trued to turn on my PC after hibernation and there was INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR on BSOD. I already had this problem 1-2 times before but after rebooting all were OK. This time, my PC just doesnt boot Windows, it stucks on logo screen with rotating dots. I've made a USB boot on working PC, but its not working too, first it seems like loading...but then just stucks with black screen. So i cant even run Repair tool or something like that. When i unplugging my SSD (which contains Windows) - USB boot loading is ok. So i just dont know what to do next

I would suggest you to follow the method given below and check if it helps.



Method 1:

Run the power troubleshooter and restart the system to check if that helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with power. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Power.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Power troubleshooter

If the issues persist I would suggest you to follow the second method.

Method 2: Create a new power plan.

• 
  Go to search box.
  
• 
  Type power option in search box.
  
• 
  Tap or click Create a power plan and follow the instructions.

And hereby the result of step 5 and 6 for Model Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB.
(in windows10, this is my boot C-drive)

I did this in "full" command prompt mode [started win10 in command prompt mode], because when I tried it in a command prompt window within win10, I got the error that it could not get exclusive rights to this drive. I hope this is OK.

In "full" command prompt mode, the Model Samsung SSD 850 EVO apparently got drive letter E.





Now, I will continu to step 7.
Please let me know in case I did something wrong in steps 1 through 6.
