    Windows not booting


    My computer was running slowly so I restarted and have since been unable to boot up again. I am surprised and frustrated about this as I had just done a fresh install of windows from a bootable device a few weeks ago. When I attempt to boot I get a blue screen message that 'your PC did not start correctly' I have tried the restart option, this did not work.I have tried changing startup settings to enable safe mode option 4 but this does not work and simply takes me back to the Automatic Repair blue screen.I have tried using the command prompt in trouble shoot > advanced options to:- chkds
