im not sure why this keeps happening but for some reason it does not have any fixes. I have tried uninstalling windows, I have tried resetting my computer to the factor setting, I have updated everything made sure drivers were working and still I get windows not responding message. im not sure if its my internet that can cause my computer to run slow and not work properly but this is causing me to go crazy and im not sure why this is happening. is there any way I can fix this is issue? (while typing this my computer stopped typing twice and I had to wait for a minute for it to start to work again)

    :)

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond windows not responding :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
