Windows 10: Windows not wanting to activate

Hello, so when I reinstalled windows on my MSI laptop the activation stopped working and I never changed the product key it kept giving me the error 0x80072EE7 and when I use the troubleshooter it gives me another error 0xc0000022 and says "We weren't able to activate windows on this device right now. You can try activating later or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows." It's been saying this for a few months now even though I got this computer this year.

The Windows activation error 0x8007232B occurs due to the following reasons:

• You might see this error if you entered a product key for the Enterprise edition of Windows to activate
  Windows 10 Home or
  Windows 10 Pro. Try entering a product key that matches the edition of Windows on your device.
• Or, you might see this error if you're trying to activate your work PC but aren't connected to your workplace's network. If you're connected to your work network and still see this error, you might need to change the network settings. Contact
  your organization's support person for more info.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
