Windows 10: Windows OS Transfer

Discus and support Windows OS Transfer in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hello, I want to transfer the Windows 10 OS from an SSD to an HDD because I would like to use the SSD in my current PC without losing that activated...     Hello,

    I want to transfer the Windows 10 OS from an SSD to an HDD because I would like to use the SSD in my current PC without losing that activated copy of Windows. I have found many tutorials on how do to this except they all assume that the OS being transferred is the one currently in use. In my case the OS I want to transfer was from an old PC that has an SSD that I would like to free up for use. Is there any existing software preferably free that I may be able to use for this task?

    Help with OS Transfer on a new build

    Need some help figuring out what I need to do for a fresh build tomorrow. I will be moving off of my old CPU and mobo to a new X99 system. Right now I have my OS on a Sata SSD and want to transfer it onto a new NVME drive.

    Some issues:
    • I have a windows 10 upgrade from a RETAIL windows 7 license so I should have migration rights correct?
    • I have 3 other non-OS drives so after I do the install with my old/ current Microsoft account will my fresh install of windows recognise those drives?
    If you guys could shed some light on how to do this or advice please lend a hand. thanks!

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
