Windows 10: Windows Password Help

I have put off fixing my laptop screen for some time. I recently got it fixed. It has been some time, but I forgot my password attached to my laptop, and the email attached to it. It has been a pretty long time. Is there any way I can somehow figure out the email attached to the account or reset the password using security questions?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
