    Windows PC very broken. Blue screens of death


    Hi everyone to give you some background I noticed a virus on my pc today and it said trojan clicker. I tried to scan and delete it however my pc kept crashing during the scan. It crashes often so I'm unaware if it's related to the virus. I then attempted to do a factory reset of my pc which failed saying there was an error. I then tried to log into my pc and it said user profile not found. I have tried startup repair and even running command prompts but I am not sure what to do. My account is gone and my pc is essentially unusable at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

    This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

    Thanks for the help, do you have any further suggestions ?
