Windows 10: Windows Pop up Screen

I found it strange that when I turned on my laptop a Windows pop up screen appeared. I had to answer a few prompts. If I wanted this added or that added. It was like those steps I went thru when I 1st bought my laptop setting it up.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Print window popping up off screen

Hi guys, I've had this Windows 10 issue for a while. Every time I a print pop-up appears in Internet Explorer, it's off screen. The issue is not present in another browser like Google Chrome. I've attached a screenshot. Any ideas on how to fix it?
