Windows 10: Windows Power Shell removal

My Program Files (x86) shows WindowsPowerShell. This has caused me a major problem, I neither need or want Power Shell. Please tell me how to get rid of it altogether.

How can I remove this virus remnant?

I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.

How to restore some windows 10 built in apps (Appxpackage) removed in power shell

Today I removed 6 windows 10 builtin apps using windows power shell. After removing I realized that I need 2 apps to be restored. Following is the sequence of events;

1-I created a restore point.

2-Remove the apps with " Remove-AppxPackage [app name]" command using Windows Power Shell.

3-On realizing that I need 2 of the removed apps, I tried to restore the apps through Windows Power Shell and got error

message that specific file not found.

4-I restored the system using restore point. Apps are there as my video files have got icon of video/movie player app and

it also working.

5-While all removed apps seems to be there but they are not showing in start menu, not showing on desk top as live tiles

and also not showing in control penal -setting-apps. In control penal setting apps list they are only visible as blank

icons with the name Microsoft.

(NOTE: I had created a family user account and first time logged in after this incident and windows prepared all things normal i.e. all apps are there. How ever I am not going to change my user account.)

Please help for my trouble.
