Windows 10: Windows + Prnt Screen Delay?

Hi, I like taking screenshots of games I play. It has worked flawlessly in the past and have praised it for being very simple. But up until now, I have been having issues with it. Suddenly, now there a weird flicker when I take screenshots and when I go to check on the image, it took a screenshot that happened a few seconds ago and not what is currently on my screen. I tried setting Snip tool to Prnt Screen but that exits me out of full screen from the game. I also notice when I go to change my volume the game flickers and comes back and when the volume rocker disappears the game flashes again and comes back. I'm not sure if this is a graphic issue that suddenly started happening. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)
