Windows 10: Windows programs not running

My windows program not running i i experiencing this problem from one year if i wNt to run app i have to run it as admin otherwise app will not start this not happens when i i insta wi dows this starts when i run setup which i i instaed in my previous windows when i start that setup imigietly things goes wrong start button not opening task manager not opening if i want to run then run as admin all things goes wrong . I formated my pc 32 times to get to the result that when i run setup which i downloded frm internet in previos (before formating corrupted window or locked apps window) windows goes locked but when i download new setup ( frm internet ) in formated window apps installs and windows work perfect . I think windows need eye on app to trust it . How could i install setup which i downloaded in prev window . Becos i i c not again n again install all those setups frm internet becoz some are big too . Plz help

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
