Windows 10: Windows ran into an error

I didn't use my system for a while, for almost 3 month's it was off. Now when i turned on my pc it shows an unexpected error, or errors i would say. Sometimes "inaccessible bootdrive" sometimes "NTFS" and other 2-3 errors too and restarts again and again. I tried to upgrade windows from a bootable USB drive but it wont pick up that too. The system is neither upgrading nor starting..

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
