Windows 10: windows reactivation after hardware change

I changed my hardware and then opened the windows activation troubleshooter and then choosed I recently changed the hardware of this device and then it asked me to login with my microsoft windows linked account and I did it but then it said ''unable to activate Windows'' We can’t reactivate Windows because our servers aren’t available at the moment. Wait for a few minutes, or try adding your Microsoft account again.

Before changing my MB and CPU I thoroughly read an article on how to reactivate Windows 10 after hardware change. I connected my activated Windows 10 that I bought from a retailer (so it's not a free upgrade) to a Microsoft account, changed hardware, went
