2 stick of RAM, 4GB each one can't recognize the 8 GB in Windows 10.

I built my own computer a year ago. I use 2 stick of RAM, 4GB each one. It has always been recognized by my system. I used to have Windows 7 installed in my computer but later upgraded to Windows 10 64 bit. I changed my processor a week ago and clean installed
Windows 10 64-bit today windows can only use 6.95 GB out of the 8 that it always has recognized, It is labeled "Hardware Reserved" In the task manager, I have already upgraded my BIOS version, unchecked the maximum memory checkbox in msconfig, I have checked
the registry, and also updated windows. But I can't make it recognize the 8 GB. I dont know what is causing it.. could someone help me?

Original Title: RAM: 8 GB(6.95 Usable)

  3. Ram upgrading: 4+4=8 gb or 4+8=12 gb?

I am using dell inspiron 5447

windows 10, 4 gb ram installed originally,

    Intel i5, 2.4Ghz.

What would be better choice 4+4=8 gb or 4+8=12 gb?

Windows recognizes all 8 GB of RAM

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
