Windows 10: windows recovery enviroment missing

hi I got a virus on my windows 10 pc that deleted my wre I am poor I cant afford to buy a usb to make a wre.iso is there any way to factory reset given my current financial situation at this time I could not find a way to fix this I even tried to use cmd with the command reagent /enable but did not work as the recovery environment is not on my pc cause the virus deleted it how do I fix this ive already removed the virus with no luck

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
