    Windows Recovery fails


    Hi. After recent problems with my PC stuck in a loop of blue screen crashes and not retaining any document changes, I finally opted to try a fresh wipe and recover from the USB Recovery I created. Unfortunately, Windows 10 fails after 1%, informing me that recovery is not possible. I also attempted to download the Windows 10 ISO but I get random blue screen crashes very quickly preventing more than a couple of minutes access time after each restart. Also, I am unable to access the Safe Mode menu with the numbered options for Safe Mode and Safe Mode with Networking. My troubles only got worse

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

    Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

    I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

    Any suggestions?
