Windows 10: Windows refuses google usb driver

good evening

On Windows 10 Pro 1803, to configure my Android development environment, Windows recognizes and installs my Sony Xperia xa ultra smartphone in the workstation and in the device manager as Sony Xperia xa ultra but in MTP, or for my development environment it must be in ADB except that Windows refuses the required driver update either Google USB Driver provided in Android sdk Tools.

If anyone would have an idea to serve me. Thank you

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

Method 2.

Try updating the latest USB devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the USB drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand the USB driver.

c. Right-click on the USB and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.
