Windows 10: Windows related help

Hello i need help related my installation windows i have celeron 1005m processor and 4gb of ram Acer intel Laptop with intel hd graphica just am using windows 10 pro 64 bit but it runs low on pc my pc is based on 64x processors tho but still its running slow even chrome takes 5 minutes to open and my Cpu usage is always more than 90% when i dtarts the bc i haven't installed any apps like photoshop or anything should i used WINDOW 7 OR WINDOW 8.1 ? AND 32 bit ?? Would ve fine for that i want to run photoshop and filmora also please can u tell me which version of windows should i install for my low pc i really need to know 32bit or 64 or windows 8.1, 8 or Windows 7 ?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
