Windows 10: Windows Remote Desktop Issue

I seem to be having a issue with Windows firewall. I have narrowed it down to Windows firewall being the culprit, because if I disable it I'm able to make a successful connection but as soon as I turn it on I am unable to do so.
I have searched the issue on the Internet and apply the recommended settings to no avail below I have attached screenshots of the settings I have set.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

My AVG Anti Virus is switched off

I realize the inconvenience you are experiencing with Windows 10. I will certainly help you.

This issue might occur if Remote desktop app is updated properly or there is change in the app.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Remote Desktop app from Windows Store. Check if it helps.
