Windows 10: Windows repair loop

Hi,Last night my pc has gone into a loop where it won’t repair itself. I installed a WiFi card and everything worked fine. I turned off the pc as normal but then replaced my keyboard usb-c with another and windows was running slow nearly 20-30 lag between inputs. After a reset the pc went into the repair loop and after 6 hours I’m still no further forward.
