Windows 10: Windows reporting wrong location in Maps, Weather, Bing, etc FIXED

Recently I moved from Minnesota to Arizona, but all my computers thought I was in Minnesota.

After many long nights searching for a solution, I finally figured it out.

I was using a fixed DNS address on my router through a DNS provider.

Once I disabled the fixed DNS and let my ISP assign a DNS address ALL location services work.

There are many many many posts on here, many locked, on this issue. I thought posting here would be helpful.

Cortana wrong weather location

I have the same problem. I have set my home location in Cortana's notebook in About Me and under Weather I have added my city. When I ask Cortana what the weather is at home she gives me the weather at the wrong location ( 2 hours away). When I tell
her this is the wrong location I get the reply "Here is some information that should help you" and shows me a map of the wrong location. I've told her "this is the wrong location", "this is not my home location", "this location is incorrect" and she either
shows me a map or does a bing search. I finally turned her off.

Cortana (but not BING, or MAPS or other apps) location is wrong continent!

Thank you for your reply and suggestion, which unfortunately did not help (I had already tried all of these but I reviewed them again just to confirm).

I want to emphasize again that this is solely a Cortana issue. Other apps show the correct location. For instance, f I ask Cortana "What is my location" and it responds that it is Bogota, but if I click on the link "See more results on Bing.com", Bing shows
my correct location. I have used location services with Maps, Google, Bing, Icloud, weather apps, etc. They all work correctly. It's not a fatal flaw since I rarely use Cortana (so please do not suggest that I re-install WIndows), but it is a flaw nonetheless.

Next suggestion?
