Windows 10: Windows Reset Issue

Recently I have started using windows 11 insider preview and I wanted to stop using it. So I thought of to reset my windows 11. I was unable to do it since it was saying unable to reset your pc.. rolling back changes and it used to login as is. Without any changes. Now I connected with Microsoft support team. And they have installed an iso file and tried to install windows. But during the process it threw some blue screen errors and It was unable to resolve the issue. That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!

Windows 10 fails to update


When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
