Windows 10: Windows reset not working

    Windows reset not working


    Hello, two days ago I decided to format my PC since I probably got a virus, and I didn't really mind resetting it. Problem is it's been stuck at 27% for 10 hours, so at that point I decide to turn off the pc and check the situation. The OS was still intact so I decided to run the reset once again, went to sleep and wake up to the same exact situation, stuck at 27%. Now what are my best options right now? I have a USB with win10 on, should I install it on another drive, boot it from there, format the older windows drive and install it once again on that one?

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
