    Windows reset not working


    Sir, I have windows10 21h1 but I have faced a issue with resetting my pc when I tried to reset my pc it's restart and back to loading windows and showing some problems could not reset. https://drive.google.com/file/d/12Y6PHONcMfLVehDRfqb7iUSfUK_-zL-8/view?usp=drivesdkI tried to fix with using sfc and dism command they did not show any errors. My pc was slow some days and defender detected some trojan activities but couldn't remove this. Can you please help me.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
