    So I'm trying to help out someone whose PC has been having trouble. Their PC began bluescreening every few minutes and they have been unable to even reset it. Each time they tried it says "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made."They ran a system file checker, running "sfc /scannow," and the message that is the title showed up. I'm asking in their stead considering, well they can't use their PC without it crashing.
