Windows 10: Windows Sandbox crashes when i try to download something.

Hello. My name is Antonio and i use Windows Sandbox to test things on Windows such as executable files that look malicious. Yesterday i opened Windows Sandbox. Windows Sandbox looked even when i opened but when i tried to download something, it said Couldn't download - Download error and the wallpaper turned pitch black in Windows Sandbox. I can't even click on the programs to open them when this happened also in Windows Sandbox. After several seconds Windows Sandbox crashed with this error: The connection to the sandbox was lost. Error 0x80072746. An existing connection was forcibly clo

We understand your concern as you are unable to stop the Windows Sandbox process.
Please try disable and re-enable sandbox to check the issue.

1. Press Windows + R key, then type appwiz.cpl and click Ok.
2. Click on Turn Windows features on or off from the left pane.
3. Uncheck the box beside Windows Sandbox and click
   OK.
4. Restart the PC and check.

There is a possibility that the feature is corrupted or not set up properly. I would advise you to disable Windows Sandbox first and then enable it. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Control Panel.
   
2. Then click on all Control Panel Items.
   
3. Then click on Programs and features.
   
4. Then on the left hand side, click on Turn Windows features on or off.
   
5. Then uncheck the option: Windows Sandbox.
   
6. Then restart your computer.
   
7. After restart, please enable it and check if the sandbox is working.
   

Also make sure that you meet all the requirements for Windows Sandbox.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
