Windows 10: Windows screen is black

Hi,I am having an issue with my Windows 10. I can boot it, and it takes me to a colourful login screen, that I can log into. But then I get an error message about comctrl32.dll being missing and the desktop is black. I can see the cursor but nothing else.If I press C-A-Del I get the usual menu come up and I can select shut down, restart etc, but if I select say the task manager all I get is a black screen. Any ideas on how to recover this?
