    Windows Security Breach How do I fix it?


    So I suspect someone is Laos, Vietnam is using my IP address. How do I fix it? How do I prevent it from ever happening again? Here is what I did. I was on facebook. I clicked on settings and then security. It showed the windows icon and then said I was logged in, in Laos Vietnam. Problem I am in New Mexico.

    I keep getting a phone call every time I get on my computer that says I have a security breach and something about I need to call a 855 number and when I do I am told that I will have to pay money to them to remove the breach... This smells like a scam
    to me.
