Windows 10: windows security is missing

Discus and support windows security is missing in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; after disabling windows security to install an app my bad i've gotten a trojan on my windows 10, the trojan caused some execution of visual basic...     windows security is missing


    after disabling windows security to install an app my bad i've gotten a trojan on my windows 10, the trojan caused some execution of visual basic command line infinitely which caused cpu 100% usage, windows security showed a popup tells me to restart my pc because of a trojan detection, after restarting i found windows security is not there anymore.. is like being deleted, after installing malwarebytes and getting rid of viruses, i reinstalled my windows, but that didn't solve the problem as my windows security is still missing, windows securityHealthService is not in there in the registry
