Windows 10: Windows Security tray icon showing - Actions Recommended, but the Windows Security App...

This bug started recently, about a month back. This bug occurs only sometimes and randomly. Basically what happens is, that the Windows Security System Tray Icon shows a yellow caution icon stating that Actions are Recommended. But when I go on to click on the system tray icon, the Windows Security App does not open. When this happens, I have tried multiple ways of opening the Windows security app. Still, it either gives no response or just opens the splash screen starting screen with the Windows security logo and gets stuck infinitely.The only solution to this is to restart my laptop, but w

security icon, actions recommended

since i 1st updated my new laptop 3 weeks ago i have seen a "!" on my security icon and it says actions recommended.

when i open the security dashboard all icons virus protect, account, firewall/netwok, app browser control, device security and performance and health are all showing a green tick, all but family options so im assuming that is the issue.

is there a way of removing the recommended action notification as i have started to ignore it which would be a shame for me to ignore a real security issue... i dont have a family so i cant change anything there
