Windows 10: Windows security waring message every time the system is booted, Error message: Window...

Hi all,

I have a windows security popup screen every time I start my pc as shown in the picture. The issue is, I have no idea what driver is being installed. How to find out what driver is the security risk in question? thank you.

Windows Update Error Message 0x80070543


Ya Ya Ya, there's over a hundred threads like this, ...

Anyway, started getting this error message a few days ago, and done a lot of searching on this error message, apparently it's not, uncommon.

In particular, the (currently) 4 updates that are being affected are:

• Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3173428) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3172729) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3174060) - Error 0x80070543
• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3176493) - Error 0x80070543

The actions I've taken to date are:

1. Uninstalled firewall program (comodo)
2. Uninstalled anti-virus (Avast)
3. Reset the windows update catalog on local machine.

So the above errors are with the above done.

What other steps should I be taking to resolve the issue?

Happy error messages - thread

During a few last years i have been using computers seriously. And from time to time i somehow manage to receive extremely weird error messages. This is my latest:
I have Windows 95 installation floppys and they are original. I received them second handed. Why i wanted those floppys is because you can not install all hardware without floppys (SATA, SCSI etc...) So i started to format floppy called: "Microsoft Windows 95, Disk 20". Here is the error message that i received when i started to scan that floppy from viruses:

Funny thing is that the disk originally included "Windows 95 installation files", and now Windows operating system cant recognize it. I wonder what the previous owner did with that disk *Wink

Random error messages at boot up win7

i am trying to help a friend who has been getting extremely strange acting system. for example, when the system boots he got a "run once wrapper" and another time some "could not be located in dynamic link library" error and then a "windows has encountered a serious problem and needs to restart".

when he tries to click okay or "dont send report" then tries to run IE or firefox they won't open and give him errors as well when trying to open.

it sounded like a virus to me and luckily when he first installed windows 7 he made an image copy using acronis true image. so he hooked up his external hard drive and restored the hard drive to a virgin state. upon the first boot he got a "windows serious error" message and the only thing he could do is restart, so he restarted and the next boot up make a loud shreek through the speakers like it was lagging and then when it started to load the desktop icons it blue screened on him. it didnt stay on the blue screen so he couldnt see what it said but it just restarted.

so now i believe it is a hardware issue. what component does this sound like? to me it sounds like memory or hard drive?
