Windows 10: Windows secury center not working

I also add that I did several steps to restart the security center that many people show on youtube in addition to the microsoft page and I still get the same warning that "turn on windows security center service" I don't have installed no other antivirus I only have a VPN Service but I don't have it on at all times only when I want to have a private account in use like netflix but when I stop using netflix I deactivate it I don't think that's the problem it would be absurd if my VPN interferes with windows security center, well I will leave some photos of what I am talking about, that is, all

Since you already tried the compatibility settings and other troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you uninstall the newest update to isolate the issue. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the Search bar, type in Programs and Features and select the top most result.
• On the left menu, select View installed updates.
• Right click on the newest update and click Uninstall.

Monitor the Windows Mobile Device Center and see if there are any changes. If possible, try to reinstall the update and see if the Windows Mobile Device Center will still work.
