Windows 10: Windows Server 2012 Installation , Black Screen appearing

I have recently installed Windows Server 2012 on my Siemens PC - IPC 427E, After Installation of windows i put the new password and signed the Windows, A black Screen appearing with an Window of Command Prompt.I cant proceed further . Kindly help me out.

I was running Windows 10 and everything was perfect. Then, I downloaded windows server 2012 from Microsoft website to be able to run Microsoft SharePoint foundation on it. Once i installed the server it ran automatically to show me only a black screen with
running CMD after he asked me to create a password to sign in as administrator. After that I could not go back to my windows 10 I've tried soo many ways non of them worked even f12, f8, f2, shutdown.exe is not working evry time i try to press f12 the screen
flash twice then it start as usual to the black screen. I need help please my windows 10 contains soo much important stuff

Knowing that this is a DC now I'm really convinced that something is wrong with the AD account for this particular server. It's possible that the promotion to a DC didn't work correctly leaving you with a sort of broken DC.

A reboot is always worth a shot; has that been tried Ahhzz? If it has, then the next step would be to demote this DC and rejoin it to the domain. Once rejoined you can run DCPromo again. Microsoft best practice is to have at least 2 DCs for redundancy.
