Windows 10: Windows server 2012 R2 and windows server 2019 User log in issue

After the latest windows server update in January 2022 I got a problem to log into my user account on all my updated servers. Its the same issue for 2012 and 2019 version of the windows server.When I log into the server with my administrator account, it seems like everything is working fine, but I get automatically logged off after prox 15 sec.Some of my computers is connected to my domain and some of them not, but same issue for all of them.All computers are at same network.I can log in as normal when I use safety mode.Have someone seen this issue before, and how can I fix

We have been successfully launching an access application via remote desktop for years so that the desktop is not available to the user, but the application is started directly.

So far we have had this running on a WindowsServer 2012 / R2; There you can activate the option 'Start the following program at login' in the properties of the users in 'Computer management >>> System >>> Local users and groups >>> Users' in the 'Properties'
tab and in the 'Program' field in one Specify the command line where the Access is located, where the Access application and which database should be used.

Now we have switched to Windows Server 2019. This option of setting is still offered, only it does not work. When you start the RemoteDesktop, you wrongly get to the desktop. And we don't want that because the desktop should not be available for most users.

 

Convert Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation to Windows Server 2012 R2

I have purchased the product key of Windows Server 2012 R2. Now the server is on Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation. I found a few links there they explained on how to convert from Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation to Windows Server 2012 R2 with valid product

Is this a correct way to do? If I follow this step, will my data be erased?

I want to avoid formatting/fresh Windows install because there are some software in the server that we do not know how to backup. We just want to get it activated now, backup will be sorted out later.

 

Problem with data replication from win server 2019 to server 2012 R2

Can I do data replication from win server 2019 with Active Directory to server 2012 R2 without Active Directoriy?

Or I must install Active Directory on device with win server 2012 R2 first
