Windows 10: Windows Server 2016 October 2021 Security Patch

Hello All,This is regarding the latest security Patch release for Server 2016 KB5006669 released on 12th Oct2021.As per the patch Improvements & Fixes section, this patch will configure, registry setting given below. However, after applying this patch, noticed, below registry is not configured on the serverImplements a Group Policy setting for the following registry value:Registry location: HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers\PointAndPrintValue name: RestrictDriverInstallationToAdministratorsValue data: 1Please let me know if anyone noticed this and is there any

MS16-039 patches for Windows Server 2016

Dear Sir,

I have an Windows Server 2016. After I scan with Nessus (Tenable). It is found that quite some .NET framework vulnerabilities. However some of the findings I cannot found any patch for Server 2016.

Take example as MS16-039, I cannot find any information that there is a patch for Windows Server 2016. Also cannot found if there is any other patches already superseded.

Could you show me where that I can find whether:

1. Windows Server 2016 is not affected, or

2. There is already a superseded patch installed in Windows Server 2016
