Windows 10: Windows Server 2016 Update KB5015808 not install and keep rolling back

Dear all,The latest security patch of JulyIt's about the "Security Update for Windows KB5015808" which constantly fails. I cannot install, it keeps rolling back.It tried to rename SoftwareDistribution and catroot2 with the services bits, wuauserv, appidsvc, cryptsvc stopped and starting again once the name change is done.I attach the next files:- An event viewer of the day which it tried to install the update- CBS log- Reporting Events- setupapi.dev.logWho can help me further?Thank you very much to the support

After updated KB5015808 on WS2016, VM (ubuntu20) tftp to server timeout

Hi, installed KB5015808 update recently, found all the linux vm in Hyper-v can not get files from TFTP server anymore, I rolled back un-installed the update, all vms are tftp fine, can anyone help to identify what caused this issue please? Thank you!

 

Windows Server 2016 Upgrade

When updating from windows server 2012 R2 to server 2016, I'm not getting the step by step procedures where you can select keep file and apps and other steps. I just get the setup screen, which after couple of minutes it display a window to select what type of windows server you want to install.

Once selected it does a full install of windows server 2016, which re-images the C drive. Afterwards you have to re-install all your applications.

Any suggestions on why it doesn't go through the step by step procedures.

Windows updates are failed in Windows Server 2016

We are using Windows Server 2016 for additional AD. And We are tried to install windows update in server. But Update Failed to install. I had try to lot of steps,
The below error is showed ,
• 2019-12 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4530689) - Error 0x80073701

Please provide best solution.
