Windows 10: Windows setting won't stop scrolling to bottom

Discus and support Windows setting won't stop scrolling to bottom in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; No matter what I do anytime im in settings it scrolls to the bottom and highlights "give us feedback" I cannot do anything at all.     Windows setting won't stop scrolling to bottom


    No matter what I do anytime im in settings it scrolls to the bottom and highlights "give us feedback" I cannot do anything at all. It forces me back down if I try anything. I cannot change my settings at all due to this. Any ideas what is wrong? It's not mouse or keyboard as this solely happens in settings

    - tried changing mouse setting,no luck

    biggest problem seems to be that microsoft won`t leave things that work,alone!!!

    scroll button won`t zoom!!

    Trouble with scrolling

    I just did the latest windows 10 update. Since then I have had nothing but trouble scrolling. It doesn`t matter what I do in settings. I scroll with the bar or the touch pad and it just takes off and won`t stop until I click 3 or 4 times. I am really annoyed
    and this is pushing me another step closer to switching to a Mac.

    I am not the most tech savvy either so I need the easiest instruction possible.

    I would really appreciate any help you can give.
