Windows 10: Windows setup stuck

I try to set up Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron 3000 series laptop but it got stuck on the screen with top right corner with the word "Services". I initially use an email say *** Email address is removed for privacy *** address and answered a few questions but then changed my mind and decided to create a new Microsoft say user2outlook.com email. After entering the second new email account, it got stuck in the setup screen and sitting there as I mentioned earlier. Can anyone advise how to resolve this? Thank you.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows 10 upgrade stuck at green screen.

• Are you able to boot into the desktop?
• Is the issue particular to Microsoft account or local account?
• Are you referring that you are stuck in the upgrade process to Windows 10?

you are able to boot into safe mode, I suggest you to follow the below steps.
