Windows 10: Windows Shell help

My Windows got "managed" after they did the same to my browser, both hacks were fixed by my PC guy with him needing to delete my windows account and rename it. But my Windows Shell Experience Host Location tab will not open nor will the properties tab. Think they are using this to get in my PC regularly. Been trying to get him out via other ways, too. Windows 10 user. My IP address was flushed out and thru my VPN I got a dedicated line. Had CCleaner and they hacked that going into the area that controlled actions and they disabled what they didn't like in the firewall and disallowed Gupt

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Shell Experience Host using 35 to 55% of CPU usage on Windows 10

I suggest you to try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to end the process from Task Manager and check.

• 
  Press Ctrl+Alt+Del together to open
  Task Manager.
  
• 
  Go to Processes tab, right-click on the Windows Shell Experience Host process and click
  End Process.
  

Step 2: Boot the computer in to Safe mode with networking and if the CPU usage is same.

Step 3: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Also, visit the computer manufacturer’s website and install the drivers being found and check if it helps.

Shell experience not running in Windows 10

  Where exactly did you find that the shell experience not running?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to download and install any pending updates that needs to be installed on the computer through Windows update and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
