Windows 10: Windows Sign in Options Glitched

Alright, so I first encountered this problem when I was looking at the Windows Security icon and it had an "X" on it. So I checked to see what the problem was. I clicked on it and it showed me that there was an action needed for my account protection Image A. When I clicked to see what the problem was, it told me that I need to set up a pin even though I already have one. I try to follow what it asks me to do, I input my information, and when it asks me for my current pin it just closes the window and nothing happens. The problem is never fixed and it only shows the checkmark when I change t

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.
